It looks like a known issue. Can you upgrade to version 2.18.2 or 3.0.0?

Thanks will try this and update the thread
Due to the holiday season we didn’t get chance to try this, so will post an update in the next 2 weeks
We used SDK v3.0 and yes I can verify it resolved the issue with muted users and users are reporting this less now
We can close this
