Enable video on "Assistant" access

Hello,

We’re using the sample code in GitHub to open meetings as an “assistant” (role number 5).

It works fine, but the only problem is that in that mode I do not see the video and sound of the users… When we login as "host (role number 1) it works great with video.

Is there any way to login as an assistant (to remain invisible to regular users) and still view their video, as it’s the case when we login as assistant in the Windows Application?

Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing when in assistant mode?

Also, what version of the Web SDK are you using?

After gathering more information about Assistant Mode, you cannot see other participants in a meeting.

Hello @tommy and thanks for your reply,

I do wonder why it does not work, since in Desktop application, when accessing an assistant link it works perfect with Video view, but in Web View it does not work.

If you could give this as an option, it would be great.
