Enabling the "autoCreate" in API / isv@zoom.us - not existing account

We wanted to enable the “autoCreate” so we have tried to contact by mailing to “isv@zoom.us

However, the mail returned saying ‘The account that you have reached does not exist’

So we would like to know how to enable the “autoCreate” if there is other way.
