Error in API documentation or API?

Hi,
Reading the Rest API documentation under User Create:

There is listed as one of the possible status code responses:
(4130) Group does not exist: {groupId}
But there is no parameter listed to assign a user to a group in the Schema.

Now it would be great if we could assign users to groups at the same time as creating them instead of making a second call to the API but which way is this error, is there no parameter or is there no response 4130?
