Error message "The account don't enable API"

My zoom account has key and secret value, but When I run sample web index.html, I got the error message “The account don’t enable API”.
Question:
Where can I check if the account that has the API Key/Secret has API enabled?

Can you email us your accountID at developersupport@zoom.us so that we can take a closer look at the issue?
