Error with sample web app

Description
I have a pro account. When testing out the sample web app I get the following error: “The account don’t enable API”

I am using a JWT test app from the market place.

Error

Can i use this custom chat application using zoom app api?

Not sure how this chat application works but we do have Chat APIs here - https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/chat-messages/sendachatmessage
