I am trying to help a client out with connecting her Zoom to her Wix Booking services. I am typing in her email and password for zoom (that I know work because I tried on the Zoom app itself) and I am getting an error message.

The error message is stating that the username or password is incorrect.

Try logging into Zoom first, and then going to the install url of the Wix App:
