Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a contact’s page in Salesforce lightning
  2. Click the start zoom meeting button

Is it mandatory to update the zoom version? Seems we updated the version for one of our reps and it started working. I will share with you if we see a similar issue again, thank you!
