Salesforce Integration: launch meeting error

Hi, I install the Zoom app in Salesforce AppExchange and when I click “Start Zoom Meeting” button and launch the meeting, there is an error.

Thanks for reaching out about this.

When you launched the meeting from Salesforce, were you signed into both Zoom and Salesforce under the same user? If not, please make sure you’re signed into Salesforce with the same credentials that your Zoom meeting is associated with.
