I am sole porpetier from India and have an India GST number for it
My Protiership name is different from my name.
Should I enroll as a company or as indididual whilke filling in EU DSA form in App Submission page? My app is already published but needs to be updated for EU DS guidelines
I have a question does india sole porpetiership will be considered a valid company and GST registration will be considered as valid business identity form?

For the EU DSA submission, please enter your company’s information. We would also need to know if your company has any paying customers. Additionally, we require your bank information and a valid business identity document.
An India Sole Proprietorship is considered a valid business entity, and your GST registration will be accepted as a valid business identity form.

Hi @catalina.diaz as per your instructions, i added my details in EU DS Form on the App submission update page. (“List my app in the EU” section)
But got an email from Zoom on Fen 1 that I still haven’t filled it and my app can be removed.
Can you please assist why I got mail regarding not updating it? given that I filled it out and got approval mail for Zoom
Note: The approval mail i received was that my update is approved. It has no mention of DSA on it
I also added a note for the App reviewer that i am updating it for EU DSA while submitting app update
