Event Subscription Disabled for App We Cannot Access

Hello!

We received an email today stating “Your webhook endpoint is not responsive” and “We have disabled your event subscription feature.” However, the Notification URL provided is not one we use, and the link to the application that is provided in the email does not resolve for anyone who tries it:

We are not sure what the email is about, because our currently in-production application is working fine.

Can you help shed light on this? For privacy’s sake I am not sharing the URLs publicly, but I am happy to send them via DM.
