I have set up an app on marketplace. I added event subscription for all webinar events, but I can’t get zoom to fire webhooks to my app on these events.
Is there a way to investigate this?

I apologize for the late response.
Did you ever get this figured out? If not, one thing you could try is making sure that you have the events set-up in the UI. You need to select the events that you want the web-hook to fire with. If those are selected let me know and I will investigate further for you.
