Hi there, we’re having issues with our Zoom/Marketo integration. Our setup is such that we’re using a Marketo form and landing page, which send registrations to Zoom. However, some of these registrations (it seems at random) are showing up as “Registration Error” and under LaunchPoint, we see these details: FailedAPI Error: Marketo create webinar registrant failed,Validation Failed.
If we click “Retry failed Registration” under Event Settings in the Marketo program, the errors resolve themselves; but, this is a very manual process and defeats the purpose of the integration.
Is this to do with the setup? User permissions? And how can we troubleshoot?
