Marketo Registration Error

Hey Team,
Recently we’ve been having issues where registrants are not going being pushed into the webinars once created and although it can be a few registrants per event, we’ve had a case over the weekend where it was set up on Marketo, but after changing the registrant status from ‘invited’ to ‘Registered’ we have been served a ‘registration error’ for all 70 registrants. The webinar is on the 12th, so I’d assume it isn’t to do with the date, but I can’t see any issues with the set up or API, as other webinars have allowed people to register. I’ve included the webinar ID and our Marketo LP for reference below:
Zoom Webinar ID: 982 8363 9421
Marketo LP: https://pages.crimsoneducation.org/PathwaytoUKMedschoolsEN.html
https://pages.crimsoneducation.org/PathwaytoUKMedschoolsTH.html

One idea I’m not too sure on if it could be the issue, is reaching the max API logs, as I have seen this pop up in the API Call logs on out account.

Thanks

Hi @c.zanelli,

Thanks for reaching out and providing these details. I’ll be happy to raise this with our team—just a few things I’d like to clarify.

Can you confirm that there weren’t any changes to the webinar date/start time after these users registered for the webinar? I ask because this can cause issues. Additionally, if you have a screenshot of the error, this would be helpful for me to share as well.

Thanks!
Will

Hey Will,

I don’t believe any changes were made to the webinar and the error message we have in marketo is simply ‘registration error’ and i’ve added in a screenshot to show this. With the error on Zoom, it won’t appear for me in the call log, but when I tried it on Monday, I got the below:
“endpoint”: “https://zoom.us/v2/report/webinars/98283639421/participants”,
“response_headers”: [
“Set-Cookie: zm_aid=”"; Domain=.zoom.us; Expires=Thu, 01-Jan-1970 00:00:10 GMT; Path=/; Secure; HttpOnly"
],
“date_time”: “2020-09-07 11:23:51”,
“method”: “GET”,
“request_body”: “N/A”,
“response”: {
“code”: 429,
“message”: “You have reached the maximum daily rate limit for this API. Refer to the response header for details on when you can make another request.”
},
“request_headers”: [
“accept: application/json”,

“user-agent: Java/1.8.0_231”
],
“request_params”: [

}

Thanks
