Our users are frustrated that while they can create zaps in Zapier that are triggered when a new meeting or webinar is created in Zoom, they can’t trigger a zap based on a meeting or webinar being updated or deleted. This means that the Zapier integration is very limited in terms of what it can do for these users.
Describe the solution you’d like
I would like two additional triggers added to the Zoom Zapier integration based on existing webhooks, and the structure of the existing triggers in Zapier.
Meeting deleted
- Triggers when a Meeting or Webinar is deleted.
- Zoom API Events - Meeting
- & equivilant webhook for webinars
Meeting updated
- Triggers when a Meeting or Webinar is updated.
- Zoom API Events - Meeting
- & equivilant webhook for webinars
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
The alternative would be that these users build out a custom integration with the API. For users that are using zapier, that is rarely a feasible option.
