Currently, you can download the full meetings client feedback manually via the Dashboard. The output on the report download page is a .csv file.
We want to pull this data and input it into our ticket system so we can follow up with our customers.
The problem is, the current API for client feedback does NOT provide the same data. It does not provide the user email, only the feedback ID and only returns 10 results.
Well, SOMEBODY wrote some code to get the data at Zoom because it exists on the Dashboard. I’m assuming they are using the API in some way on the back end to retrieve that?
Can anybody at zoom illuminate me as to how the Dashboard engineers managed to get the data? Or provide an API that does?
