Finder window keeps opening after recording

Description
Finder popup opens after the recording being completed even with the configuration being disabled.

We would like to disable Finder popup after new local video file is recorded (we have used Meeting configuration option to disable the popup, but while it works well on Catalina, it doesn’t work on previous versions of MacOS and pop up still appears ).

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start Recording a Zoom Meeting
  2. Stop Recording
  3. Get/Extract the generated video
  4. Finder opens and it should not

Device:

  • Device Spec: MAC
  • OS: [Some MacOS]
  • Version: All versions previous to Catalina

Additional context:
The configuration we are updating in this case is:

ZoomSDKMeetingConfiguration *config = [meetingService getMeetingConfiguration];
config.disableOpenRecordFileWhenMeetingEnd = YES;

Thanks for the post and pardon the late response. We have tested this feature on macOS 14 and macOS 15, and they are working as expected. Could you provide the macOS version that has this issue?

I experience this problem all the time and its maddening.

I run into this all the time and it is very frustrating, to the point of me lobbying internally that we move off Zoom. Pls fix. MacOS 12.2.1 Zoom latest.
