Failed to convert Zoom recording on Mac (local recording)

I am unable to access Zoom recordings saved locally. I keep getting this message:

Failed to Convert Recording
There is another recording conversation in progress, please covert this recording later in Meetings > Recorded.

This message just loops

I am also unable to open the "double_click_to _convert_0x.zoom files in Finder.

Please could someone help as I need to edit these files for posting ASAP. Thanks

  4. See error
