Force answer calls from queues

Working in a small call center, instead of round robin, simultaneous ringing etc…
is there a way to have the calls auto answer to the users phone that is longest idle?

yes, I have these set up. But in the call distribution options, the option to force the logged in users to that queue to automatically answer the call is not there. Is there a way to add this ?

I’m not aware of any backend/API ways to this, but I recommend asking in where you may find advice on how to do this via the web portal (if it exists)!
