Routing Unassigned Phone Numbers To Auto-Receptionist or Call Queue

We have over 200 unassigned phone numbers that we are hanging onto for future expansion. Our previous 20y/o phone system allowed the routing of unassigned numbers to an auto-receptionist or call queue so that if a user is deleted, and the number gets returned to the unassigned pool, then calls from unaware customers do not get lost. MS Teams Phone also has this feature.

Describe the solution you’d like

There should be an option on the Zoom Phone tab in account settings to set a default routing extension/auto-receptionist/call queue for calls coming into unassigned numbers.

Describe alternatives you’ve considered

We could create 20+ call queues/auto-receptionists and assign 10 numbers to each one, but that’s dumb!

I believe this request is self explanatory and should be easy to implement.
