Frame rate drop and increasing of delay during annotations

After updating our Windows Meeting Zoom SDK we are experiencing a significant frame rate drop when annotations are on and somebody is drawing (it can be reproduced even in the native zoom app). Also turning on annotations increases the video delay (especially for mobile users), sometimes up to 3 seconds.

version of Windows Meeting SKD we use is v5.14.5.15340

  1. Details on how to replicate this issue?
  2. Details on the specs(model) of the mobile users.
  3. Are these mobile users on mobile SDK?
  4. Details on the specs of the annotator
