Frozen video on iPhone

I am trying to use the Meeting SDK for Web in a webpage, but when in a meeting in Chrome on an iPhone the video of the iPhone user is only showing a single image from the video camera, i.e. the video is frozen. It works fine if used in Chrome on the desktop.

Which Web Meeting SDK version?
2.13.0

Device (please complete the following information):

  • Device: iPhone XR
  • OS: iOS 16.5
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Browser Version: 114.0.5735.99

i’ve just tested this, and it is working fine. What sample code are you using? Or are you writing this from scratch?

I notice you are having the same issue on Video SDK as well?
