Get common area settings delivers a NULL array

API Endpoint(s) and/or Zoom API Event(s)
/phone/common_areas/{commonAreaId}/settings

Description
The API returning the expacted data for 176 of our 238 common area phones. For the rest of these common area phones the API /phone/common_areas/{commonAreaId}/settings delivers a NULL array. This NULL Array of course produces some errors for the nexts steps in our scripted flow. It is possible to check if that returned array is full data and implement some workarounds if that is a NULL Array.
But the more important question is, why it returns a NULL array only for a few of the common area phones?

Error?
NULL Array will be returned.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. GET /phone/common_areas/{commonAreaId}/settings
2. Server-to-Server App
3. sporadic and non permanent error
