I’m not sure what you mean. Could you please clarify? You can create a co/alternative host via API, and both the original and co-host can join the meeting:

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. If you wanted to get the host/co-host of a meeting then you can use the Get a Meeting API.

However, our API will only return information regarding meetings that you have hosted. If you want to get information about a meeting you attended, you would want to publish an app and have the host/account install the application.
