Get past meeting and participant report endpoints - indexing

I am monitoring “recordings event” through Zapier. How soon after a recording event, can I access pastmeetingdetails and reportmeetingparticipants to find the meeting? All works fine in testing to get these details, but if I GET either of these immediately after a recording event the meeting can not be found making me think the data isn’t indexed yet for the API?

Hi @dcolemanuk,

Good question—It can take a few minutes for these reports to be fully processed after a meeting finishes. I recommend putting in a little buffer time, perhaps a minute or two.
