Getting list of participants from multiple past meetings

Hello,

Im trying to export a list of participants from over a thousand of meetings. Did any one do that? How did you do it?

Thanks

Hi @lola.frazier, thanks for posting & using Zoom!

This is a common use case of our Meeting Participant Report APIs, which will return an array of all users who attended a meeting.

You could also use the List Ended Meeting Instances API and Past Meeting Participants API to get participation data on all these meetings.

Hi @michael.harrington,

On trying https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/reports/reportmeetingparticipants
for any meeting getting meeting does not exists.

Not sure how things work, API docs are premature, on following them its hard to get right result especially in case of meetings.
Can anyone help me here, its important for me to track meeting participants for my business.

@taushifali the meeting ID you’ve shown has only one participant (host) and is <1 minute in duration. In this case, a meeting report will not be generated. When a second participant joins, a meeting UUID will be created and a report would be available.

@taushifali please also note, Reports are available to Business, Enterprise and Education customers.

You could subscribe to Participant events to log & store data on meeting participants:

Thank you @michael.harrington. Yes we have pro accounts and we will use that to fetch meeting reports.
