Get past meeting instances return empty array

Get past meeting: past meeting api

Description
When a call is made for the above endpoint the response is an empty array. Should return the list of uuid.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. https://api.zoom.us/v2/past_meetings/{{meeting_id}}/instances
2. Authentication method: bearer token
