Get Plan Info - zms:billing scope

Description/Error
hi,
We I try to use GET /accounts/{accountId}/plans, with an OAuth app token I receive the following reply

“code”: 4700,
“message”: “Invalid access token, does not contain scopes: [zms:billing:read, billing:master, zms:billing:write]”
}

I have the billing:master in my scopes, however I don’t know where I can find the zms ones.
