Get plan usage API

Hi everyone,

I would like to know about Get plan usage API.
Please help me if you know for this one.

“plan_base”:
{
“hosts”: 75,
“type”: “yearly”,
“usage”: 44,
“pending”: 3
},

when owner the base plan subscribed for the sub account ,plan_base object will show in api result?
when owner the base plan not subscribe for the sub account ,plan_base object will not show in api result?

Please answer me.
