Get recording API does not return download_url field

Hi,

We currently use the GET /meetings/{meetingId}/recordings endpoint to fetch the recording files of a meeting. However, we’re noticing that this does not return download_url field for one of the accounts.

Notes:

  • View recording permission is enabled for the role
  • The account does not use Zoom On-Prem

Please suggest next steps for troubleshooting the issue since there is no documentation available around it.
