Getting 4700 error message when connecting to Meeting Summary

I am using the API and getting 4700 error message that reads \

{“code”:4700,“message”:“Invalid access token, does not contain scopes: [meeting_summary:read:admin, meeting_summary:read].”}

I am using this call

https://api.zoom.us/v2/meetings/INSERT MEETING ID/meeting_summary

What am i doing wrong
