Hi,
We are getting errors when download the recorded meeting using API for some of our customers-
Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND .zoom.com.cn .zoom.com.cn:443
at errnoException (dns.js:28:10)
at GetAddrInfoReqWrap.onlookup [as oncomplete] (dns.js:76:26)

let auth = "Bearer " + download_token;
request.get( {
url: url,
headers : {
“Authorization” : auth
}
}) .pipe(fs.createWriteStream(localpath))

url like: https://.zoom.com.cn/recording/download/

Would removing the . in front of zoom.com.cn work?

url like: https://reifa.zoom.com.cn/recording/download/

Here ‘reifa’ is our customer’s sub domain name. We are getting this error only for 3 customers. We received the url from Zoom server when recorded meeting ended.

Can you send us the payload of the meeting recording ended webhook so we can debug? Feel free to private message @michael_p.zoom or I the payload since it contains sensitive information.
