Hi, I have a published Zoom app see App Marketplace
The app can only installed on our platform, meaning that if the user tries to install the app from the Zoom marketplace he is redirected to our platform.
The app is configured to get events from like recording.completed, user.join_meeting etc…
We have noticed that we are getting events from actors whose email is not familiar to us.
How could it be that we get events from users that were never installed our app?
How can we stop getting those events?

This is interesting, as you should be getting events only from users who authorize the app.
could you please share the name of your app with me, the link you shared sends me to the Marketplace but not to your app.
Just to update this public thread, the events that the app was receiving were correct.
The user was getting events when participants joined their meetings, which is expected behavior
