Getting "owner_removed" error while re-activating the meeting SDK app on marketplace

“owner_removed” error while re-activating the meeting SDK:

I am unable to re-activate the meeting SDK app on zoom marketplace. Getting “owner_removed” error clicking upon “Activate your app” button on the zoom marketplace account.

Previously this app was activated but unable to re-activate the app now.
