Getting "Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the meeting. Verify your network connectivity and try again." error while joining from websdk

Description
If a guest user with 0 tries to join the meeting before host. i am getting the below error.

Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the meeting. Verify your network connectivity and try again.

While in console its clearly showing the meeting is not started.

we are expecting it to show the same msg to the user.

I believe this issue was fixed in a recent SDK release. Please can you try using the latest SDK (1.9.6) and let us know if you continue to receive this error?
