Has anyone used a Hubspot landing page to handle registration capture for a Webinar Plus and use the API to register the user for the webinar in Zoom?

I am looking for general guidance/insights from anyone who has used Webinars Plus with Hubspot, leveraging the Hubspot landing pages and Hubspot forms to capture attendee registrations, record them in Hubspot, and then via the Zoom APIs register them for the Webinar Plus event. I do not want to use the native Zoom registration page. I want this to be a custom page on my website that I have total control over. I’m trying to find out if others have done this (i.e., it is possible).

Have you tried using Zapier to connect HubSpot to Zoom? This will show you how the simple API works, and then you can grow from there.

Outside of simple registration, is there something specific you want to do?

Thanks. It’s really wanting to make sure that registration is centralized in our CRM and that the registration page is full freedom and control with the rest of our marketing website activities.

If you are going to use your form and then send that registration to Zoom, please make sure you get back the reply because this will contain the personal join link for each user that you submit.

You can do this on an API, or using Zapier, (I have done this via pabbly)
Lastly, watch out that registration commands for meetings and webinars are different.
