In another area of Zoom a Zoom staffer suggested a request be posted here. There are organizations that do telehealth and need the HIPAA functionality for interacting with clients. Many of those organizations also do workshops for continuing education. In those workshops, we have to take attendance because you cannot receive credit unless you actually attended. When only 30 people participate, taking attendance is challenging. When 100 people participate, it’s very very difficult. There needs to be a way to track people that enter their names in the waiting room.
You probably already know, many people use their real names in Zoom so you can see it in their zoom square but a lot of people are more casual and put things that don’t help with attendance. I hope this is clear. We really need help on this one
