How can I enable the video SDK transcription and translation service?

I have a zoom video SDK and would like to activate the Zoom Video SDK Transcription and Translation service.

I have been trying to get assistant from sales and support, unfortunately they have not been able to enable that service.

When I enter to my zoom video sdk account, Billing → Plan Management, I cann see the service listed but no options to enable it, it just has a Contact Us button

what is the process to purchase/activate the zoom sdk transcription service into my account?
