How can I get the Live streaming permission for custom live streaming?

Hi there,

I need your help.
I submit an app which has a recording feature via JavaScript.
It’s rejected, and the reviewers say use the custom streaming instead of the Javascript.

I tried to set up the Custom streaming like that:
Streaming URL: https://atdd-webmeeting-zoom.amivoice.com/streaming
Streaming Key: xxx
Live Streaming URL: https://atdd-webmeeting-zoom.amivoice.com/live
Username: n-shinkai
Password: xxx

But, “There is no permission for live streaming”.
How can I get the permission?

I just want to recording with JavaScript.
