How do I use one account to create multiple zooms at once? and can make host with specify user?

My system uses an upgraded account. I want to create zoom links at the same time and create the right to host zoom links for existing emails. Is this possible? I use laravel’s api, please give me the necessary parameters to pass to the api and their meaning

you could for sure use the Zoom REST API to schedule meetings for users under your account and for the use case you are talking about, this could be done with a Server to Server oauth app
