how to connect to the platform onpremise through the api

I am developing a project where I build and I think meetings work well when I do my tests on the cloud platform, but when I try to access the silver form onpremise it tells me that I can not connect. Somebody has an idea how I can solve this problem.

Can you share with us the exact error? You should be able to access Zooms V2 APIs using an onpremise platform.
