How to Create multiple unique logins for one meeting

Is it possible to create multiple unique logins for the same meeting.
Say I want to have a meeting with 20 known people, but want to create a different login for each, so that each login uniquely. If an authorized attendee forwards the login to another person, I want to be able to track which authorized person did it.
