How to create new Webhook

I need to create new webhook for webinar craeted event but I cannot find Webhook only

I expect like this image:

But when I press on Build App in the menu I get this:

Hi @MrMustafa ,

Please click “Build Legacy App” and you’ll see the webhook only app option.
