How to fetch deleted users from your account

Hi ,
I am using below api to fetch account user’s list. However I am not able to get deleted users from account. Is there any field or way to fetch those deleted users ? Please let me know the fix if available.

Unfortunately there is not a way to retrieve deleted users via API nor the UI.
