Is it possible to get my Zoom Oauth Application approved allow testing for external users before the whole integration is deployed to my production environment. I have an externally accessible staging environment that I want to be able to test now ahead of it being deployed to production.

Yes, you can apply for a beta testing url on the “Submit” page in your app marketplace settings.
