With the Zoom App, confirm that “Auto-Open” is disabled for Read AI. You can adjust when Read AI joins your meetings at app.read.ai/analytics/settings/user/assistant (disable auto-join if enabled) If you’d like to delete your account, you can do so at app.read.ai/analytics/settings/user/othe…

This would work if the user(s) in question had an account with ReadAI. There is no options to be had in step 2 or 3 of what you suggested because according to Zoom’s settings, readAI isn’t even installed as an app.
