How to have clients auto join a meeting by a remote trigger?

I’m looking to have several clients connect to a meeting at the same time, as they’re spread out on TVs across the office.

I’ve looked into switches for the zoom app, or using AppleScript, but none seem to work. Is using the API the only way to accomplish this?

Hi Zopiro,

I am not sure if I understand your request correctly. You can have upto 100 participants in a Zoom meeting. You need not create/schedule the meeting via API.

Thanks for your input.

We have some TVs in the hall, lobby and corridors of our office, with Mac Minis and Zoom clients installed.

I want to have them all join a meeting at a specific time without having to connect to each Mac Mini individually to interactively launch Zoom, type in a meeting ID and password in each of them.

Ideally, this should be done with no interaction whatsoever.
