How to overcome the screen lagging option during a zoom meeting?

Our team has scheduled a meeting for discussing the future plans of our new startup but during zoom meeting, the screen lagging issue remains. Is this a bug or something else because The internet was pretty fine. This was never happened before. Has this happened with us or other users too?

How are you accessing Zoom—are you using the native Zoom Desktop client? Or are you using our web SDK or web client?
