I Cannot See Our Zoom App Under Our Account

I am the developer of the Jotform<>Zoom App.

We already checked the permissions of the account and the app is visible in the marketplace.

Can you please help me with this issue?

Are you looking for your app in the manage section of your Zoom Marketplace portal?

If so, first make sure that your user is assigned the proper permissions to access Zoom Apps. Then, you can have the owner of the application add you as a collaborator:

Thank you for your help. I can now see the app after adding the account as a collaborator.

I would like transfer the ownership of the app. Do you know if it will affect the tokens of existing authenticated users or not?

I do not think transferring the app will affect authenticated users. However, as a test, you can create an app, authenticate a user then transfer it to validate this. Here is our support article on transferring a Zoom Marketplace app for your reference.
