Even after contacting support via chat, they haven’t been able to tell me why I can’t create my video SDK app. I’m waiting for the necessary support and instructions to achieve this. I’ve created another app, such as a General App, but I understand that wouldn’t be the same as a video SDK.

Hi, despite having an SDK account that I can access via the Advanced >> Zoom CPaaS option, I can’t find the option to build the video SDK app. I only see the Build App option, and when I click it, I see the following three options: General App, Server to Server OAuth App, and Webhook Only App.
